6. Petroweb Automated
Performance Tests
The online fuel purchasing
platform, PetroWeb, was subjected
to performance testing. Thereby
ensuring that customers have
access to a secure, reliable and
effective system, capable of
handling
multiple
customers
simultaneously.
7. Web Portal
The company web portal was
redesigned to be more in line with
current technology trends and
expectations, and in the interest of
diversifying the services provided.
A responsive web design was
implemented to allow customers to
properly view the website in their
mobile devices.
8. International Bank
Account Number (IBAN)
The IBAN system implementation
project, promoted by the Central
Bank of Costa Rica, was carried out
to completion.
9. Electronic Forms and
Document Management
Multiple electronic forms were
created, and numerous measures
were taken, in the interest of
simplifying HR and Procurement
processes and fostering a digitization
culture. This was achieved by
creating a Document Management
Manual, and by training the
employees who are involved in
document management processes.
